Fabricated out of Stainless Steel, Polycarbonate, Programmable LED lighting and measures 32′ x 32′. The large structure was pre-assembled at Gizmo Art Productions studio in San Francisco; the programmable LED lighting system was laid out and tested, then taken apart to be transported by truck to the installation site.
“Loqui is Latin for “to speak” and is an illuminated, color-changing form that is wrapped in stainless steel text. Self-expression through public art is the inspiration for the sculpture and it encourages visitors to express themselves. The surface of the artwork tells stories that
were collected from the local community.”
