Gizmo has had the exciting opportunity to work alongside Ned Kahn on his piece “Circadian Wind”.
Gizmo will be installing this sculpture on a multistory parking garage in Los Angeles which will present our team with a challenging yet unforeign task of maneuvering the very tall parking garage in order to fasten the piece safely. Our team will be receiving parts from Fastenal and making the brackets for the piece ourselves. “Circadian Wind” is made from 285 60 foot cables that will hold plastic square flats that will be the mobile wind components. The permanent sculpture will be installed February of 2019. After over a week long installation, this Kahn piece will work hand in hand with the wind to create a beautiful shimmering feature on the Circa Parking Deck facade in downtown Los Angeles
